Well, Hello!

I grew up in a small town just south of Raleigh, North Carolina, and now I’m based in Dallas, Texas as a full-time graduate student. I’m a U.S. Navy veteran and was stationed in Norfolk, Virginia, and completed a deployment aboard a Guided Missile Destroyer (DDG). Outside of school and work, I enjoy reading, writing, cooking, and traveling. You can also find me at rodeos or trying out new line dances.

My passion for social skills coaching began with my uncle, who has different intellectual abilities and is one of the sweetest souls I know. Later in my graduate program, I had the privilege of being taught by a professor who introduced me to the PEERS® program, and fell in love with its impact.

I know how overwhelming social situations can feel when you don’t have the right tools. I became a certified PEERS® provider to help you gain the confidence, skills, and strategies to succeed socially. Now, I’m proud to use these tools to help young adults build meaningful friendships and social networks. As I continue my education, I look forward to bringing these skills into clinical practice to support those navigating social anxiety and rejection.

Together, we can decode social rules into concrete steps you can practice and choose to use. These skills are practical, proven, and 100% about helping you show up as your authentic self.
